Lawn Bowling: Join a Victoria Club for $15.60 a Month

My neighbours Harv and Flo, cheerful young retirees, belong to a local lawn bowling league. They play as much to socialize as for the sport—which is closer to curling than to five- or ten-pin alley bowling. (Which, incidentally, is no longer available in Victoria, though Sidney still has an alley.)
